July 9th evening; Dinner and the Kotel Tunnels

We had a fabulous group dinner together.  We’re all starting to show our exhaustion!  But nobody really wants to stop either!  Even with all we’ve done there is so much more to do and see.  Our meal for 26 was outdoors feeling like we were in a back yard garden.  There was so much room and they just kept plying us with fresh vegetables and cooked veggie dishes and raviolis such.  It was fantastic!

Then we headed to our night time appointment at the Kotel Tunnels.  I’m speechless!  I was so amazed and so thrilled to get to see this view of the Wall and thousands of years old construction unearthed.  it is very humbling.

It is almost midnight and we have to leave at 8am for Masada tomorrow morning.  I’m so excited to see Masada and the views from there.  Then we go to the Dead Sea to “float”!!!!  Should be interesting!

I know this is the most wonderful vacation I’ve ever had…because…I’m EXHAUSTED, but still smiling and wanting to do more!  My knees and feet are begging me to find a different mode of transport…but cooperating with me just the same!!!
