12/10/2013 Evening Time
We had the farewell dinner. It’s so nice to see the students and how they’ve absorbed the immersion of this week and a half together. Beef Wellington was on the menu and mine was quire yummy!
Pat had arranged for gifts for each student, a t-shirt she designed with pics from the two schools and of course the Grand Place’ in Brussels on it and their MPOD 9 cohort designation. I played Father Christmas from a loaned costume from Ashridge Faculty! It was a lot of fun; then back to the room for the final packing. I started the photo upload and then went right to bed. Now, at 3am I’m up, inserting the photos into this post and finishing off the text! Then I’m back to bed for the remainder of my sleep. We hope to get up in the morning and attend the weekly service in the chapel before our ride to Euston Station on our adventure to Vienna. I hope all goes smoothly as I purchased all the tickets for this leisure leg of the trip. I think I did it right!!!! G’night!
Fish and Chips – gave me the WORST stomach ache…but I had to have it!
